How can I order products?
In order to be able to order products, you need to be registered with Gert Snel as a customer.
Gert Snel is a wholesaler and therefore only delivers to retailers, hospitality outfits, interior designers or on a project basis. Not yet a customer? Then you can register via our website www.gertsnel.com.
You can click on the 'my account' button at the top right of the screen and log in to our web portal by entering your username and password. Here you can add your desired products to your order by clicking on the shopping cart. You can view the contents of your order by clicking on the shopping cart at the top right of your screen. If you save the order as a 'draft order' you can also view the order under 'my account' under 'draft orders'. You can create multiple draft orders.
In the shopping cart you will see an overview of your ordered items. You can still make changes to your order here. Enter your delivery address, the desired delivery date and the shipping method. You need to accept our terms and conditions and click on the green 'checkout' icon. We recommend using the 'check stock' icon before clicking on the 'checkout' icon. You should double-check the stock of your order so you know which items are in stock and which items will be ordered as backorder. You can return to our website via the secure payment platform Ingenico, where payment can be made.
Finally, you will receive an email to view your order details. We will contact you within 24 hours on working days. After confirmation from the sales department, your order will be finalised. Any additional costs for transport, the final date of delivery and other details will be discussed with you.
